I remember the in 6th grade when I realized I could NOT see the board in my math class. I knew I had to get my eyes checked but I didn’t like the thought of wearing glasses. As soon as that boy, who was barely even a friend, told me I looked better without my glasses on, I was done.

I worried so much about what others thought back then. Really, I think every middle school kid does.

So much has changed since then and now I actually like glasses. I’m obviously not the only one since there are so many people wearing non-prescription pairs just as an accessory.

My biggest concern these days is finding a sturdy pair I don’t have to worry about my two and three year olds getting their hands on.

I’m happy to report these things are sturdy and WELL MADE! I actually did not freak out at all when I found them on my three year old’s face. I even ran to grab my camera because he just looked too cute! Am I right, or what?

I went away from the style I would normally choose and got a bigger frame. I thought it was fun, a little nerdy, and definitely trendy.
