Ranger Game

Langston went to his very first Ranger game this past week!  It was the first time I had been in 4 months.  We usually go pretty regularly, but with having a baby and Jeff just now getting back to walking, we haven’t been since April.  My aunt and uncle have great seats behind home plate about 20 rows up.  They live too far away to use them regularly (or, at all) so they send them to us to use.  We LOVE to go!

This time, we invited Jeff’s Dad and Patricia to go with us.  They had not been to a game in a long time and they were definitely excited to spend some time with Langston.  When we got there, Langston was already tired because he didn’t get to sleep in the car on the way out there.  When we got down to the seats, they had just hit a homerun, so the whole crowd was standing and cheering.  I needed to go to the bathroom right about that time, so I was trying to hand Langston over to Patricia.  Well, with all that noise, he was NOT having it!  He stuck that bottom lip out and let out a sad sad cry.  I can count on one hand how many times he has cried like that before.  Since I had to go to the bathroom BAD, Jeff took him to calm him down.  It was smooth sailing after that.  Everyone looked at him and smiled.  He was the CUTEST Ranger fan there!

Sometime during the game, we decided to go up to The Gold Club to get some dinner.  Here is a picture of Granddad loving on Langston.  See the baseball on the back of his onesie?  Love it!

This is how he was at the end of the night!  D-O-N-E!!!
