Last Thursday night was such a special night for me! Several of my closest girlfriends hosted a shower for me and I was definitely feeling the love!
Kyla, Katie, Mollie, and Jessica are a few of my favorite neighborhood girlfriends. God has blessed our family with an amazing neighborhood to live in and I get the benefit of gaining some incredible girlfriends because of it!
Kelly is one of my college roommates and is still one of my very best friends. Liz is married to Jeff’s best friend and I was lucky to gain a great girlfriend when he married her!

When they asked me what kind of color scheme I was going for, I just told them burlap, white, and pink. They nailed it! Crafty Katie whipped up this cute diaper cake and I just think it’s precious!
{It’s actually still sitting on our kitchen table as a centerpiece because I love looking at it everyday!} 
You all know this is not my first baby, so I felt a little guilty even having a shower, but we obviously don’t have any baby girl clothes. This girl stuff is all brand new to me and that’s what this shower was all about! This little girl is going to be so preciously dressed!
My mom even gave me some of the most priceless clothing. These are two of the four outfits given to me from when I was a baby. She even sewed them for me, herself!
I’m so thankful she held on to these all of these years! She’s been dying to have a little girl in the family to pass them on to.
So have I! 
A few of my favorite things to open were all of the pretty bows! I’ve told you before I can not wait to put a big ol’ bow on this little girl’s head. But, I figured it might be a good idea to try it on for myself!
In addition to those incredible hostesses, a few other girlfriends were able to make it and help me celebrate my sweet baby girl, too. Jessica is one of my best high school friends and I have not seen here since my wedding, 5 years ago. She brought her sweet daughter, Haleigh, and now she’s due to have a little boy, just a few weeks after me. I’m so excited for her!
Audrey and Kelly were my first roommates in college and are still two of my closest friends! Kelly is also having a baby girl just a couple of months after me. It’s fun having friends in the same season of life to share in these pregnancy and baby raising experiences!
I wish I had a picture of everyone who was there! It was a wonderful and special night for me!
I keep thinking about how fortunate I am to have such amazing and loving friends!
I felt like a queen for a night and who hates that???
A big thanks to my amazing Mamma for taking pictures at the shower and spoiling me with such sentimental gifts!
So thankful for these special people in my life!
