Our neighborhood is FANTASTIC! I can’t imagine wanting to move from this great place any time soon. The people are amazing, we’re in a great location, and there’s so much to offer our family. At one end of our street, there is a creek, in addition to a field area filled with beautiful flowers.
Yesterday, I decided to take the boys for a little walk to the flower field. I decided to park our double stroller and take the single. I strapped Riverson in and let Langston walk along with me. As we headed out the door, Langston grabbed his baseball and glove. He LOVES having both with him as often as possible.
As we got to the flower field, Langston spent a lot of time chasing his ball as he threw it, trying to catch birds sitting in the field, and pointing out all of the airplanes he heard in the sky. Needless to say, he was running everywhere and I was very thankful the field was so big!
Sweet baby Riverson was as happy as can be in his stroller. I had to snap a picture.
When Langston finally looked like he’d had enough, we started to head back toward the house. Another plane caught his eye and he dropped his ball and glove. I decided to just pick it up and throw it into the storage compartment of the stroller. Soon after, he started looking for it and I told him where I had put it. As he went to get it, I think he decided he had a great idea.
Yes, he climbed in to the storage compartment of the stroller and rode the rest of the way home just like that. I was cracking up most of the way home, especially whenever I looked down and saw this.
