I’m linking up with Sunday Socials today at A Complete Waste of Makeup to answer a few interesting questions. If you have a blog, you should definitely link up for a little weekend fun!

1. What do you value most in life?
My faith. It’s what I rely on when facing hard times or struggles, which we’ve had a lot of lately. I can’t imagine the person I might be without it.
2. What do you think is the greatest invention in your lifetime and why? The iPhone. I have a small attachment to that thing. I love having so many things right at my fingertips, no matter where I am. I had to take my phone in for repairs and was given a loaner flip phone with a screen that was 1/2″ x 1/2″ {or so it seemed}. I think it about gave me the ticks going through that withdrawal. Thankfully it was only 48 hours but those were some of the longest 48 hours of my life!
3. What do you think is the secret to a good life? Finding happiness in what you have instead of constantly wanting more. {I struggle with this almost constantly, but I know I’m happier when I’m not thinking about it.} Blooming where you’re planted. Making the most of every situation you’re given. Overall, just thinking positive.
4. What would you most like to be remembered for when you’re gone? I want to be remembered for my love of life and laughter.
5. What accomplishment in your life are you most proud of? Most recently, I’m most proud of my last childbirth. I did something out of the norm and I never knew I had the strength to do it. I still consider it a huge accomplishment, but it was only 2 months ago. Ha!
6. If a movie was made about your life, who would you want to play you? Julia Roberts. That’s a no brainer! Obviously I grew up in the Steel Magnolias, Pretty Woman, Step Mom {how fitting
}, and Erin Brockovich era when anything she played in was a huge hit! I still love her!
Thanks for stopping by, friends! I hope you enjoy the rest of your Sunday!
These are the kinds of things going on in our house today:
Stop back by tomorrow. I’ll be sharing some of my pictures from that historical day at the Texas State Fair. Poor Big Tex.

love the post! I would agree.. it is so important to bloom where you are planted.
Amen on the happiness part. We need to learn to be grateful and content with what we have, and where we are.
