Mamma and I had such a good time on our road trip to Fredericksburg.  We haven’t done something like that in several years.  It was nice for just the two of us to get away without the boys.  We left Sunday afternoon and stopped at Babies R Us on the way out so we could look around at things.  It was lots of fun to be able to do that with her.
After that stop, we headed out of town and headed toward Fredericksburg.  We got there after dark and checked into our hotel.  We spent a really relaxing evening in our hotel room watching TV.
Monday, we woke up and had our appt with Dr. Massey.  He was able to tell us all kinds of things just by looking at a couple of drops of our blood.  He told me my blood looked pretty healthy but he could tell that I needed to take more Vitamin C.
After our appt, we headed to lunch and then to shop on Main Street.  This old hospital building was our lunch spot.  There was a restaurant in the basement of the building.  It was really neat and the food was oh so yummy!!

After lunch, we walked up and down Main Street to hit the shops.  This little guy was a resident of a bead shop we went in.  I just had to take his picture.  His owner said his name was Big Daddy!  Too cute!
This is a view looking down the street at the shops.
I haven’t posted a belly pic in a bit, so I thought this would be a good one to show at 21 weeks.  It doesn’t look like there has been much change, but I am definitely feeling him more and more everyday!
And for my favorite part of the post, this is my first purchase for Baby Roubinek.  I wanted to get him something special while I was down there.  I saw a lot of onesies, but I was so sad because they all looked so “boring”.  I know boy clothes are not the most interesting, but it was still a little depressing to see only the cute stuff belongs to the girls.  Well, in the last shop we walked in, I found this.  I love the horseshoes on the front, but I sure do love that little cow head on the bootie even more!!

I can’t wait to see him in it!!!!
